Our Memory Care community has 16 private rooms grouped around a central living and dining area. All rooms offer:

• Private bath with walk-in shower

• Individual thermostat controls

• In-room monitoring technology

The Memory Care community features spacious living and dining areas with lots of natural light and comfortable furnishings. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that feels like home, a place where residents can enjoy their time together.

Enjoying Every Day

Our Memory Care facility offers a variety of activities. Each day provides opportunities for exercise and interaction. Our staff oversees a range of daily activities that includes cognitive, recreational, and social activities such as:

• Games

• Pet therapy

• Movie time

• Cooking activities

• Gardening

• Crafts

• Exercise

• Music therapy

By offering a variety of activities, we keep our residents engaged and happy which can reduce agitation and decrease the need for medication.

Medical Services

Maintaining Health

Good health at Symphony begins on admission with development of an individualized service plan for each resident. This plan is reviewed every six months or in case of a change in overall health. By updating the plan when a resident’s needs change, we ensure that the care your family member is receiving is the very best it can be.

In addition to the daily oversight of our caregivers, we provide a variety of medical services in-house. This not only means that potential problems can be dealt with more quickly but eliminates the need to travel to appointments. In-house services include:

• Regular visits by primary care physicians

• Mobile dentistry

• Mobile X-ray services if needed

• Podiatry appointments

• Medication deliveries and refills

All of our meals are planned by a dietitian to ensure that they are not only appetizing but healthy. We can accommodate most special dietary concerns.
