Initial Consultation

We meet with you at no charge in person or on the phone for as long as it takes to get to know your overall situation, your needs, your goals and your aspirations. We take the time to make it easy for you to clarify where you are, where you want to go and what’s most important to you.

Thoughts and Recommendations

After carefully analyzing your overall situation, goals and aspirations, we discuss our thoughts and recommendations with you. We also give you a clear picture of our fees and how they will be billed. We call this the “are we a great fit” meeting. At this point, it is almost always obvious to you and us whether we will deliver the value you deserve and whether you are comfortable with how we manage relationships.


Once we have mutually decided to work together, we strive to make all account opening, transfer and resource set up and implementation as fast, efficient and easy for you as possible. By this point we have devised a short and long term financial and life goal “to do” list which prioritizes our services to you.

Ongoing Service

We meet with you on the phone or in person, as often as you need, in a structure that’s customized to you. Our consistent communication is tailored to fit your lifestyle to help you maneuver the constantly changing landscape of your life.

We are in this business to serve people. Our average client relationship is currently over 15 years with most spanning multiple generations. We never accept compensation from a new relationship unless we are confident that we will deliver tremendous value to your life, so if we believe you are in good shape where you are, we will tell you. If we aren’t a good fit, we will do everything we can to help you find the right place for you.

Transparent, Flexible, Fair Fees

We believe that the primary value we deliver to you is our ongoing advice and counsel. We are flexible in how we charge for our services. Every situation is unique, so we explain our fee structure, total costs to you, and the services we offer so that you can choose what works best for you and have confidence that you’re receiving the value you deserve.

If you can’t afford to compensate us, we will help you structure low cost providers who can help you accomplish your life goals.

Our comprehensive wealth management fees are based on investable assets and additional services required but typically are less than 1% annually.

Sometimes it is most appropriate
for you to use products that charge commissions. When this is the case, we fully explain all costs and rationale.

When an hourly rate is most appropriate for you, we charge $400 per hour. We provide you with an upfront estimate of the total cost of your project.
