The company was formed in 2009 out of a desire to do what we do best, provide unequaled customer service. We believed that there was a strong need for a service-oriented business focused on the client, and this belief has is even more true today. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate benefits market, Integrated Benefit Concepts has a staff of experienced professionals that focus specifically on our client’s needs and not on the next prospect, administration, or bureaucratic demands.
