Diane Futrowsky, CPA

Diane joined forces with EagleStone after over 25 years with Biscoe & Futrowsky, PC, CPA as a partner / shareholder. In this new role, Diane will act as a Principal of Tax & Accounting, using her years of experience to assist in tax returns of individuals, businesses, trusts, estates, and nonprofits. She will also be overseeing bookkeeping for clients, tax planning and is a taxpayer advocate for the IRS and other taxing authorities.

Diane is a native of Montgomery County, growing up in Rockville, MD. She attended University of Maryland where she obtained her first degree in Speech and Hearing – then went on to pursue accounting and received her Bachelor degree in Accounting.

With her depth of experience and education, Diane will help to continue our growth as a company and provide our collective clients with an expanded amount of knowledge and resources.

Diane is a Certified Personal Trainer – in addition to that, she teaches a variety of fitness classes at many gyms in the area, and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She lives out her passion for encouraging an active lifestyle with these interests.

Diane currently resides in Germantown, MD with her husband. She has two children, both of whom are married.
